The positive electrode 10 has a cylindrical body 15 that accommodates a collector 14 and a positive electrode material 16. The separator 13 has a base part 31 and projections 32 that are provided on the base part 31 and project from a first principal surface 31a in a thickness direction of the separator 13. The projections 32 are arranged at a predetermined interval in a third direction Z. The projections 32 include a plurality of ribs 33. The plurality of ribs 33 are arranged at a predetermined interval in a second direction Y.
