To reduce an erroneous alarm of obstacle detection to an operator in a train operation support system mounted on a track transportation system.SOLUTION: An obstacle detection support system performing operation support by detecting an obstacle for a traveling train, includes an output unit outputting information to an operator of the train, an obstacle detection unit detecting an obstacle, and a control unit making the output unit output obstacle information in accordance with the classification of a state of the obstacle to support the operation when the obstacle is detected by the obstacle detection unit. The control unit makes the output unit output information about interruption of the operation support when external environment of the train corresponds to an erroneous detection condition where a non-obstacle is erroneously detected as an obstacle by the obstacle detection unit and makes the output unit output obstacle information when the external environment does not correspond to the erroneous detection condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】軌道輸送システムに搭載された列車運転支援システムにおいて、運転士への障害物検知の誤警報を低減する。【解決手段】列車の走行の障害物を検知して運転支援を行う障害物検知支援システムは、列車の運転士に対して情報を出力する出力部と、障害物を検知する障害物検知部と、障害物検知部によって障害物が検知されると、障害物の状況の分類に応じた障害物情報を出力部から出力する運転支援を行う制御部と、を有する。制御部は、列車の外界環境が、障害物検知部によって非障害物が障害物であると誤検知される誤検知条件に該当する場合に、運転支援の中断に関する情報を前記出力部から出力し、誤検知条件に該当しない場合に、障害物情報を出力部から出力する。【選択図】図２
