Summary: | To provide a sonar dome made of FRP which is advantageous for improving durability by alleviating concentration of stress in a spot at a boundary of a core material and a dome body during high speed navigation.SOLUTION: A sonar dome 14 includes a bead unit 16 with a core material 22 and a dome body 18 extending from the bead unit 16. The dome body 18 is composed to include an FRP plate 26A. The FRP plate 26A is wound around the core material 22 and folded back at the bead unit 16. A gap sealing rubber 30A for sealing a gap S made of a hard rubber and vulcanization-molded in a sectional form with its thickness gradually reducing as it separates from the core material 22 is arranged in the gap S formed between the core material 22 and a position where the FRP plate 26A is folded back from the core material 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】高速航行時における芯材とドーム本体の境の箇所の応力集中を緩和し、耐久性を向上する上で有利なFRP製のソナードームを提供すること。【解決手段】ソナードーム14は、芯材22を有するビード部16と、ビード部16から延在するドーム本体18を備える。ドーム本体18はFRP製板26Aを含んで構成されている。FRP製板26Aは、ビード部16において芯材22に掛装されて折り返されており、芯材22と、芯材22からFRP製板26Aが折り返される箇所との間に形成される隙間Sに、硬質ゴムからなり芯材22から離れるにつれてその厚さが次第に減少する断面形状で加硫成型され隙間Sを閉塞する隙間閉塞用ゴム30Aが配置されている。【選択図】図3 |
