Summary:To secure potable water during water outage.SOLUTION: A storage water heater includes: a hot water storage tank 1 storing hot water; a water storage tank 2 storing water for drinking; a connection pipe 9 connecting a lower part of the hot water storage tank 1 with an upper part of the water storage tank 2; heating means 5 heating water taken out from the hot water storage tank 1; a heating circulation circuit that is a route leading from the lower part of the hot water storage tank 1 via the heating means 5 and returning to an upper part of the hot water storage tank 1; and a hot water supply pipe supplying mixed water mixed by a hot water supply mixing valve 13. The connection pipe 9 includes an emergency valve 24 that can block a flow of hot water via the connection pipe 9 and be opened/closed manually. A pressurization pump 29 for sending air into the water storage tank 2 to deliver the water in the water storage tank 2 is connectable to a connection part 32. An air introduction pipe 33 has one end connected to the connection part 32 and the other end connected to the lower part of the water storage tank 2. An emergency water intake tap 27 from which the water in the water storage tank 2 can be taken out is provided in the lower part of the water storage tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】断水時には飲料水の確保が重要な課題であった。【解決手段】温水を貯湯する貯湯タンク１と、飲料用の水を貯水する貯水タンク２と、貯湯タンク１の下部と貯水タンク２の上部とを連結する連結管９と、貯湯タンク１から取り出した水を加熱する加熱手段５と、貯湯タンク１下部から加熱手段５を介して貯湯タンク１上部に戻す経路である加熱循環回路と、給湯混合弁１３で混合した混合水を給湯する給湯管とを備え、連結管９には、連結管９を介した湯水の流れを遮断することができると共に、手動で開閉可能な非常用バルブ２４を有し、貯水タンク２内に空気を送り込んで貯水タンク２内の水を送出する加圧式ポンプ２９が接続可能とされた接続部３２と、一端が接続部３２に接続され、他端が貯水タンク２の下部に接続された空気導入管３３と、貯水タンク２の下部には、貯水タンク２内の水を取り出し可能な非常用取水栓２７が連通されているようにした。【選択図】図１
