Summary: | To prevent a rise in drive voltage of a rotary electric machine while reducing a leakage flux.SOLUTION: A rotor 19 has: a shaft member 40; and a magnetic material 30 which is adjacent to the shaft member 40 in an axial direction X of the shaft member 40. A stator core 61 has an inner face 76 which defines an internal space penetrating the stator core in the axial direction X. The magnetic material 30 has an outer face 30a which is spaced away from the inner face 76 in a radial direction Y perpendicular to an axis L of the shaft member 40. The inner face 76 and the outer face 30a are parallel to each other. The inner face 76 is made up of an intermediate inner face 76a and a pair of end inner faces 76b. The intermediate inner face 76a is located so as to include an intermediate point of the inner face 76 in the axial direction X. The pair of end inner faces 76b is located so as to sandwich the intermediate inner face 76a in the axial direction X. When cross-sectional shapes of the stator core 61 and the magnetic material 30 along the axis L is viewed, a distance in the radial direction Y from the outer face 30a to the intermediate inner face 76a is shorter than that from the outer face to each of the pair of end inner faces 76b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】漏れ磁束を低減しつつ、回転電機の駆動電圧の上昇を抑制する。【解決手段】ロータ19は、軸部材40と、軸部材40の軸線方向Xにおいて軸部材40と隣り合う磁性体30と、を有する。ステータコア61は、軸線方向Xに貫通する内部空間を区画形成する内面76を有する。磁性体30は、軸部材40の軸線Lに直交する径方向Yにおいて内面76から離間する外面30aを有する。内面76と外面30aとは互いに平行である。内面76は、中間内面76a及び一対の端部内面76bで構成されている。中間内面76aは、軸線方向Xにおける内面76の中間位置を含んで位置する。一対の端部内面76bは、軸線方向Xにおいて中間内面76aを挟んで位置する。ステータコア61及び磁性体30の軸線Lに沿った断面形状をみたとき、中間内面76aは、径方向Yにおける外面30aとの離間寸法が一対の端部内面76bよりも小さい。【選択図】図1 |
