Summary:To provide a temperature adjustment device capable of being used and stored suitably even in a state where a housing is inclined.SOLUTION: In a temperature adjustment device, a refrigeration cycle 11 and a pump 13 are housed in a housing 10, and temperature-adjusted water is supplied to a supply target to be able to adjust a temperature of the supply target. The temperature adjustment device includes a horizontal maintenance mechanism 14 that has a mechanism mounting part 43 that is configured to be tiltable relative to the housing 10 and to which the refrigeration cycle 11 and the pump 13 are fixed, and allows relative tilting of the mechanism mounting part 43 in the direction opposite to the tilting of the housing 10 so that when the housing 10 tilts with respect to a virtual horizontal plane X, a tilt angle of the mechanism mounting part 43 is made smaller than a tilt angle of the housing 10, to suppress the tilting of the refrigerating cycle 11 and pump 13 with respect to the virtual horizontal plane X.
