To provide a watch case and an electronic clock capable of more compactly combining an exterior member while securing waterproofness.SOLUTION: A watch case includes: a housing (10); a windshield (20) whose first portion (21) of the side face faces the housing (10); an adhesive (51) which is positioned between the housing (10) and the windshield (20) to waterproof the inside of the housing (10); and an exterior member (30).
