To provide a food container capable of storing a plurality of foodstuffs including three or more kinds of foodstuffs in one container while preventing deterioration, maintaining stability, reducing labor and time until eating, and mixing them without staining hands.SOLUTION: A multi-layered food container comprising: one or more partitions partitioning an interior space of the container; a shaft part penetrating in an axial direction of the container; partition breaking means connected with the shaft part at an upper side of the partition; and a lid. In the multi-layered food container, heaviest food materials are stored in a bottom part, a partition sheet is attached to the container directly above the heaviest materials, other food materials are stored on an upper surface of the partition sheet, these steps are repeated correspondingly to the number of food materials, and the shaft part connected with the breaking means is attached to the container, and finally a lid is attached to an upper surface of the container. When eating, the partition is broken by breaking means by rotating the entire container 180° and pulling the shaft part upward, thereby, the plurality of stored food materials moves toward an opening of the container and drops into the lid to be mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】三種類以上を含む複数の食材を、変質を防止し、安定性を維持して一つの容器に収容し、食すまでの手間や時間を削減でき且つ手を汚さずに混合できる食品容器を提供すること。【解決手段】容器の内部空間を仕切る１又は２以上の仕切りと、容器の軸方向に貫通する軸部と、仕切り上側で当該軸部と連結する仕切り破断手段と、蓋とを備える多層構造食品容器であって、底部に最も重い一の食材を収容し、その真上に一枚の仕切りシートを容器に取り付け、その上面に別の食材を収容し、これを食材数に合わせて繰り返し、且つ前記破断手段を連結した前記軸部を前記容器に取り付け、最後に当該容器の上面に蓋を取り付け、食に際しては容器全体を１８０°回転させ当該軸部を上へ引っ張ることで当該破断手段により当該仕切りが破れ、収容した複数の食材が当該容器の開口部方向に移動し当該蓋に落下し合わさる多層構造食品容器。【選択図】図３
