Summary:To provide a rotor manufacturing apparatus capable of facilitating removal of a runner and improving productivity.SOLUTION: The rotor manufacturing apparatus includes a first mold 2 having a resin pot 5, a plunger 6 located in the resin pot 5 and movable from one of openings of the resin pot 5 toward the other, and a second mold 16 on which a rotor body 100 is mounted and which is located opposite to the first mold 2. The first mold 2 includes a first mold body 3 having the resin pot 5, a runner plate 11 in a tabular shape located between the first mold body 3 and the second mold 16 while being allowed to separate from the first mold body 3 in a thickness direction, the runner plate having a recess on a side in contact with the first mold body 3, the recess constituting a part of a flow path 14 for allowing melted resin to flow, and a resin accommodating space 5a surrounded by the resin pot 5, the plunger 6, and the recess to accommodate the melted resin in a state where the first mold body 3 and the runner plate 11 are in contact with each other. The flow path 14 communicates with the resin accommodating space 5a in a state where the first mold body 3 and the runner plate 11 are in contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ランナーの除去を容易にし、生産性を向上することができる回転子製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂ポット5を有している第一型2と、樹脂ポット5内に位置し、樹脂ポット5の一方の開口部から他方の開口部に向かって移動可能なプランジャ6と、回転子本体100が載置され、第一型2と対向して位置する第二型16とを備える。第一型2は、樹脂ポット5を有する第一型本体3と、第一型本体3と第二型16との間に位置し、第一型本体3に対して厚み方向に離隔可能であり、第一型本体3に接する側に溶融した樹脂を流す流路14の一部を構成する凹部を有する平板状のランナープレート11と、第一型本体3とランナープレート11とが接した状態で樹脂ポット5とプランジャ6と凹部とで囲まれ、溶融した樹脂を収容する樹脂収容空間5aを有する。流路14は、第一型本体3とランナープレート11とが接した状態で樹脂収容空間5aにつながる。【選択図】図1
