To provide an acoustic device and an electronic device capable of preventing reduction of functions on generation and/or detection of sound while having a waterproof function.SOLUTION: An acoustic device includes a sound transmitting portion (13) having a vibrating membrane (131) having waterproof property, a support member (133) located in line in an X direction with the vibrating membrane (131) and having a small hole (133a), and an adhesive tape (132) located between the vibrating membrane (131) and the support member (133) and having an aperture (132a) in a range including the small hole (133a).
