To solve the problem in which there is a possibility of damage to a heat dissipation fin in an illuminating device comprising the heat dissipation fin.SOLUTION: An illuminating device 1 according to the present disclosure comprises a light emitting part 11, a heat sink part 13 to which the light emitting part 11 is attached, and a top plate part 15 arranged so as to be opposed to an end part of a heat dissipation fin 1320 of the heat sink part 13 on the side of an upward direction Z1.
