To provide a vehicular structure that is robust against distortion by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A vehicular structure includes a structure body that is placed between a right rocker and a left rocker. The structure body includes: a left side portion extending along the left rocker; a right side portion extending along the right rocker; and a cross portion that couples the right side portion and the left side portion with each other. The cross portion includes: a left end portion integrated with the left side portion in a seamless manner; and a right end portion integrated with the right side portion in a seamless manner. The left side portion, the right side portion and the cross portion are respectively formed by an inner wall portion and respective lower piece portions extending outwardly from the lower end of the inner wall portion.
