Summary:To provide a powder contacting member causing less attachment of powder than ever.SOLUTION: In a surface roughening method of a powder contacting member, wet type blast treatment is applied to the powder contact member several times under different conditions, and a rough surface is formed with a mountain peak density Spd of 3×105 mm-2 or more, and a product of the mountain peak density Spd and an arithmetic mean height Sa being 5×104 μm/mm2 or more. The above condition preferably includes at least one factor out of an average diameter of abrasive grain and a blending ratio of the abrasive grain to a dispersion medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明の課題は、従前よりも粉体が付着しにくい粉体接触部材を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明に係る粉体接触部材の粗面化方法では、粉体接触部材に対して異なる条件で複数回、湿式ブラスト処理が施されて、山の頂点密度Spdが3×105mm-2以上であると共に、前記山の頂点密度Spdと算術平均高さSaとの積が5×104μm/mm2以上である粗面が形成される。なお、上記条件には、砥粒の平均径、および、分散媒に対する前記砥粒の配合比率が少なくとも一つの因子が含まれるのが好ましい。【選択図】図2
