Summary: | To solve a conventional problem that, when an amount of lubricating oil, for alleviating abrasion and seizing of a gear, etc., filled in a transmission case is gradually reduced as accumulation of working hours to a level that causes insufficient distribution of the lubricating oil to a PTO shaft and a transmission system thereof positioned in an upper section in the transmission case, the insufficiently lubricated PTO shaft, etc. undergoes rotational obstruction and damage due to the abrasion, a reduction in durability and seizing.SOLUTION: A work vehicle comprises: a travel vehicle body 1'; a work device 10 which is mounted on the travel vehicle body 1' and performs work in an agricultural field; a transmission case 20 which transmits travel drive force and work drive force; a hydraulic oil pressure system which supplies hydraulic oil for performance of the work device 10; and a lubricant transfer pipe 90 which recovers the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil pressure system and discharges the same into the transmission case 20. A discharge port 79 of the lubricant transfer pipe 90 is positioned above a transmission mechanism 32 of the work drive force arranged in an upper section inside the transmission case 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】 従来、ミッションケース内には、ギヤ等の摩耗や焼け付きを軽減する潤滑油が充填されているが、作業時間の累積と共に少しずつ減少していくと、上方位置にあるPTO軸、及びその伝動系統に潤滑油が届きにくくなり、潤滑油の不足により摩耗が生じ、耐久性が低下し、焼け付きによりPTO軸等の回転が妨げられ、破損が生じる問題がある。【解決手段】 走行車体1'と、走行車体1'に搭載され圃場内で作業を行う作業装置10と、走行駆動力及び作業駆動力を伝動するミッションケース20と、作業装置10の作業を作動油により行う作業油圧系統と、作業油圧系統からミッションケース20内に作動油を戻し排出する潤滑送油管90とを備え、潤滑送油管90の排出口79は、ミッションケース20の内部の上部側に配置される作業駆動力の伝動機構32よりも上側に配置されている作業車両。【選択図】 図14 |
