Summary:To provide a heat medium circulation system which can inhibit accumulation of a refrigerant in a heat medium circuit to achieve a high level of safety even when the refrigerant leaks from the refrigerant circuit side in which the refrigerant circulates to the heat medium circuit side in which the heat medium circulates.SOLUTION: A heat medium circulation system 20 in the disclosure includes: a gas-liquid separation part 9 which is provided at the downstream side of a utilization side heat exchanger 3 and the upstream side of a utilization side terminal 10 in a heat medium circuit 50 and separates a refrigerant leaking to at least the heat medium circuit 50 from a heat medium; and a discharge device 8 which is connected to the gas-liquid separation part 9 and discharges at least the refrigerant separated in the gas-liquid separation part 9 to the outside. An inflow pipe 9b, through which at least the heat medium flows into the gas-liquid separation part 9, and an outflow pipe 9c, from which the heat medium flows out from the gas-liquid separation part 9, are connected to the gas-liquid separation part 9.
