Summary:To provide a work result management system capable of more accurately managing work results of workers and easily introduced into a work site such as a factory.SOLUTION: A work result management system 1 includes: a card-type communication device 22 carried by a worker 20 and storing medium identification information; and a work result management server 50 managing work results. The card-type communication device 22 includes: a beacon signal receiving unit for receiving a beacon signal output by a beacon terminal 14 provided for each work facility 11; and a work state determination unit for determining a work state of the worker 20 based on the received beacon signal. The work result management server 50 includes a work result information generation unit for generating work result information in which the worker 20, the work facility 11, the work start time and the work end time are associated with each other based on beacon terminal identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】より正確に作業者の作業実績を管理することができるとともに、工場等の作業現場に容易に導入することができる作業実績管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】作業実績管理システム１は、作業者２０によって携帯され媒体識別情報が記憶されたカード型通信器２２と、作業実績を管理する作業実績管理サーバ５０と、を有する。カード型通信器２２は、作業設備１１ごとに設けられたビーコン端末１４が出力するビーコン信号を受信するビーコン信号受信部と、受信したビーコン信号に基づいて作業者１１の作業状態を判定する作業状態判定部と、を有する。作業実績管理サーバ５０は、ビーコン端末特定情報に基づいて、作業者２０と、作業設備１１と、作業開始時刻及び作業終了時刻を対応付けた作業実績情報を生成する作業実績情報生成部を有する。【選択図】図１
