The unit 20 includes an upper member 21, a lower member 22, and a tensile member 30. The upper member 21 includes an upper joint part 21a rigidly joined to the upper structure, and a first connection part 21b extending to the side part from the upper joint part 21a. The lower member 22 includes a lower joint part 22a rigidly joined to the foundation part B1, and a second connection part 22b which extends to the side part from the lower joint part 22a and is arranged above the first connection part 21b.
