Summary:To suppress local heat generation in a retainer.SOLUTION: A retainer includes: a plate-like member having a first surface orthogonal in a first direction; an internal electrode arranged inside the plate-like member; a terminal member arranged to the plate-like member, the terminal member being capable of conducting electricity to the internal electrode; a terminal-side electrode exposed from the first surface of the plate-like member, the terminal-side electrode being connected to the terminal member; a plurality of first via conductors arranged inside the plate-like member, each first via conductor extending in the first direction to be connected to the terminal-side electrode; and a conductive connection electrode connected to the first via conductor, the conductive connection electrode being electrically connected to the internal electrode.
