To make a pedal actuator 1 oscillate within a prescribed angle range following a pedal surface 11a displaced upward following stepping-on of a pedal 11 and dispense with a clamp or the like that fixes a tip of a rack shaft 2 to the pedal 11.SOLUTION: An oscillation pin 22 is fit in an oscillating manner to a bearing part 21 of a slide bracket 7 that supports an actuator housing 3. A first engagement part on the bearing part 21 side and a second engagement part on the oscillation pin 22 side have complementary uneven shapes and are engaged with each other. A gap is provided on the engagement surface between the first engagement part and the second engagement part so as to allow relative rotation by a prescribed angle. With this, the pedal actuator 1 oscillates following displacement of the pedal 11 and the tip of the rack shaft 2 follows the pedal 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】ペダル１１の踏込に伴って上方に変位するペダル面１１ａに追従してペダルアクチュエータ１が所定の角度範囲内で揺動するようにし、ラック軸２先端をペダル１１に固定するクランプ等を不要とする。【解決手段】アクチュエータハウジング３を支持するスライドブラケット７の軸受部２１に揺動ピン２２が揺動可能に嵌合する。軸受部２１側の第１係合部と揺動ピン２２側の第２係合部とが相補の凹凸形状をなし、互いに噛み合っている。第１係合部と第２係合部との噛み合い面に、所定の角度だけ相対回転可能なように隙間が設けられている。これにより、ペダル１１の変位に伴ってペダルアクチュエータ１が揺動し、ラック軸２先端がペダル１１に追従する。【選択図】図８
