To provide a medical tray from which spilling and dispersion of liquid and popping-out of a medical appliance are suppressed and which consequently enables reduction of burden on a user, and a disposal method of a medical appliance.SOLUTION: A medical tray 1 includes: a tray 10 having a bottom portion 20 and a side wall 30 provided along an outer periphery of the bottom portion 20; and a hardening agent 50 formed of a water-absorbing material. The bottom portion 20 has a first bottom portion 23, a second bottom portion 24, and a bottom surface bending guide portion 22 which is arranged in a form of a straight line in such a way as to divide between the first bottom portion 23 and the second bottom portion 24 and facilitates the bending of the bottom portion 20.
