Summary: | To provide an analyzing method and an adjustment pond capacity determination method which calculate, with satisfactory accuracy, time required for water to pass through a hollow where a water collection pipe exists.SOLUTION: An analysis method has a process of acquiring an arrangement of closed conduit drain pipes buried in the ground in a predetermined range and an arrangement of water collection pipes connecting a ground surface to the closed conduit drain pipes and for use in forwarding water to the closed conduit drain pipes from the ground surface side, a process of, based on a three-dimensional topographic data in the predetermined range and the arrangement of the water collection pipes, calculating pondage of a hollow with the water collection pipes, and a process of, based on the pondage of the hollow with the water collection pipe, a drain amount of the closed conduit drain pipes, and a predicted amount of water flowing into the hollow with the water collection pipes, calculating time required for water to pass the hollow with the water collection pipes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
