To solve the issue that the rate of writing and reading becomes significantly lower when there are many commands waiting to be processed in a queue of a storage device in a situation that it is necessary to wait for the order of processing with a command of writing and reading a material other than image data in the queue of the storage device as well when a command is sent without a queue of an OS.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an information processor including: non-volatile storage means for storing image data; control means for generating a command that the storage means is to execute; and holding means for holding the command generated by the control means. The storage means acquires a command held by the holding means.
