To provide a steam jetting unit capable of jetting steam more surely and stably, while achieving downsizing, reduction in weight and reduction in cost.SOLUTION: A steam jetting unit includes: a vaporization chamber for steam generation; a heater (heating part) for heating the vaporization chamber; and a liquid storage chamber for storing a liquid which is supplied to the vaporization chamber. Also, the steam jetting unit includes: a flow passage P communicated with the liquid storage chamber and the vaporization chamber; and an electric pump connected to the flow passage P, and for supplying the liquid in the liquid storage chamber to the vaporization chamber. Then, the flow passage P includes a flow rate resistance part PR for reducing the flow rate of the liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】小型化、軽量化、低コスト化を実現させつつ、より確実かつ安定的にスチームを噴出させることが可能なスチーム噴出器を提供する。【解決手段】スチーム噴出器は、スチーム発生用の気化室と、気化室を加熱するヒータ（加熱部）と、気化室に供給される液体を貯留する貯液室と、を備えている。また、スチーム噴出器は、貯液室と気化室とに連通される流路Ｐと、流路Ｐに接続されて、貯液室内の液体を気化室へと供給する電動ポンプと、を備えている。そして、流路Ｐは、液体の流量を減少させる流量抵抗部ＰＲを有している。【選択図】図１２
