To provide a biological information output device that eliminates the time and efforts for battery exchange and facilitates repeated use of an attaching sheet.SOLUTION: A biological information output device includes: an insulative attaching sheet that can be elastically deformed; a plurality of living body electrodes on a rear face side of the attaching sheet; a conductive adhesive sheet that adheres to the skin of an object person while covering the electrodes; sheet side connection parts connected to the plurality of living body electrodes through a connection wire in the central part on a surface side of the attaching sheet; a housing holder having a hooking part extending inward from support parts erected on both sides in the central part on the surface side of the attaching sheet; a housing for accommodating a biological signal processing circuit board and a chargeable battery, which is fitted between the support parts so as to be slidable along the surface of the attaching sheet, is engaged with the hooking part at a predetermined slide position, and positioned and fixed to the attaching sheet; a plurality of housing side connection parts on the rear face side of the housing for elastically pressing a plurality of the sheet side connection parts in a state that the housing is positioned at the predetermined slide position, being connected to the sheet side connection parts, and causing the housing to be engaged with the hooking part; and a charging terminal provided to the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】電池交換の手間をなくすとともに装着シートの繰り返し使用を容易にする生体情報出力装置を提供する。【解決手段】弾性変形可能な絶縁性装着シートと、装着シートの裏面側の複数の生体電極と、それらの電極を覆って対象者の皮膚に粘着する導電粘着シートと、装着シートの表面側の中央部の、接続配線を介して複数の生体電極と接続されるシート側接続部と、装着シートの表面側の中央部の両脇に立設された支持部から内向きに延在する掛合部とを有する筐体ホルダと、生体信号処理回路基板と充電電池とを収容し、装着シートの表面に沿ってスライド可能に支持部間に嵌合し所定スライド位置で掛合部と掛合して装着シートに位置決め固定される筐体と、筐体の裏面側の、筐体が所定スライド位置に位置する状態で複数のシート側接続部を弾性的に押圧し、シート側接続部と接続し筐体を掛合部に掛合させる複数の筐体側接続部と、筐体に設けられた充電端子とを具える。【選択図】図３
