A control unit 11 determines whether the wireless device 20 can actually be used until the second time on the basis of the remaining battery level of a rechargeable battery 27 at the current time, a first power consumption in the standby state from the current time to the first time, and a second power consumption in a state of actual use from the first time to the second time.
