To provide a power storage device, having an outer package, which has improved reliability enabled by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A power storage device 1 comprises an outer package 10 which houses a power storage element 20. The outer package 10 comprises: an outer package main body 110; and a lid 120 which is fitted on the outer package main body 110 so as to close a main body opening 111. The outer package main body 110 has a first wall 115 which is disposed on the circumference of the main body opening 111 and is erected along a Z-axis direction. The lid 120 has a second wall 125 which is erected along the Z-axis direction, and the second wall 125 faces the first wall 115 in a Y-axis direction. The first wall 115 and the second wall 125 have a protrusion 126 which is provided on one of the first wall 115 and the second wall 125 so as to protrude toward the other one of them.
