To secure a flexible view according to a scene.SOLUTION: A control device 200 for controlling opening/closing of an electric blind 100 that can shield an opening of a building comprises: an acquisition unit 200a which acquires a present image; an evaluation unit 200b which evaluates the matching degree of the present image to an ideal image; a decision unit 200c which decides the opening/closing degree of the electric blind 100 on the basis of the matching degree; and a control unit 200d which controls the electric blind 100 on the basis of the opening/closing degree. Since the opening/closing degree of the electric blind 100 is decided while evaluating how much the present image matches the ideal image, the electric blind 100 can be controlled such that the opening/closing degree is increased in such a scene that a desired scenery can be viewed and the opening/closing degree is reduced in such a scene that the desired scenery cannot be viewed. Consequently, a flexible view according to the scene can be secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】シーンに応じた柔軟な眺望確保を可能とする。【解決手段】制御装置２００は、建物の開口部を遮蔽可能な電動ブラインド１００を開閉制御するものであって、現状画像を取得する取得部２００ａと、理想画像に対する現状画像の適合度を評価する評価部２００ｂと、適合度に基づいて電動ブラインド１００の開閉度を決定する決定部２００ｃと、開閉度に基づいて電動ブラインド１００を制御する制御部２００ｄとを備える。現状画像が理想画像に対してどれだけ適合しているかを評価しながら電動ブラインド１００の開閉度を決定するため、例えば所望の風景が望めるシーンでは開閉度を大きくしたり、所望の風景が望めないシーンでは開閉度を小さくしたりするように電動ブラインド１００を制御することができる。これにより、シーンに応じた柔軟な眺望確保が可能となる。【選択図】図１
