At least one of the first metal plate and the second metal plate has a recess at the joining face of the first metal plate and the second metal plate, at least a part of the recess is located between a center of the first welding part and a center of the second welding part, and at least a part of the adhesive layer is formed at the recess.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
