To provide a joining structure of a metal plate in which a first metal plate and a second metal plate are rigidly joined to each other, and a technique of a manufacturing method of a member for widely forming an adhesive layer on a joining face.SOLUTION: A joining structure of a metal plate in which a first metal plate and a second metal plate are joined to each other at a joining face by a first welding part, a second welding part and an adhesive layer, comprises the first welding part and the second welding part being welding regions of the first metal plate and the second metal plate at the joining face of the first metal plate and the second metal plate.
