Summary:To easily install an electrolytic solution tank.SOLUTION: A redox flow cell 1 includes an electrolyte tank 12 that is made by processing an existing fuel tank or an existing raw material tank such that an electrolyte can be accommodated. The electrolyte tank 12 has a first partition wall 42 that separates a first accommodating portion 60 that accommodates one of positive and negative electrolytes and a second accommodating portion 62 that accommodates the other of the positive and negative electrolytes.
