To provide an impeller, a pump device, and a method of manufacturing the impeller which can easily secure a weld area.SOLUTION: An impeller according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a shroud extending to intersect a first direction, and vanes arranged on one side surface of the first direction of the shroud.
