To provide a remote I/O device and a monitoring control panel, which are capable of enhancing a mounting efficiency of the monitoring control panel as a problem to be solved by the present invention.SOLUTION: A remote I/O device according to an embodiment transmits data between a PLC which controls a target device and an operation device which outputs an operation signal to the PLC. The remote I/O device has a register, an input terminal, a command value recording section, and a transmission section. An operation section used to store a command value for the target device is secured in the register. The input terminal receives an input of an operation signal from the operation device. The command value recording section records the command value indicated by the operation signal at an address corresponding to an input terminal in the operation section based on the operation signal. The transmission section transmits a value of the operation section to the PLC.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明が解決しようとする課題は、監視制御盤の実装効率を高めることができるリモートＩ／Ｏ装置及び監視制御盤を提供することである。【解決手段】実施形態のリモートＩ／Ｏ装置は、対象装置を制御するＰＬＣと、ＰＬＣに操作信号を出力する操作装置との間でデータの伝送を行う。リモートＩ／Ｏ装置は、レジスタと、入力端子と、指令値記録部と、送信部とを持つ。レジスタには、対象装置に対する指令値を格納する操作区画が確保される。入力端子は、操作装置から操作信号の入力を受け付ける。指令値記録部は、操作信号に基づいて、操作区画のうち入力端子に対応する番地に操作信号が示す指令値を記録する。送信部は、操作区画の値をＰＬＣに送信する。【選択図】図１
