Summary: | To dispose of polluted water generated in Fukushima the first nuclear power plant (hereinafter, abbreviated as Fuku 1) by sublimation and vaporization thereof.SOLUTION: In Fukushima the first nuclear power plant (hereinafter, abbreviated as Fuku 1), the cooling water after cooling a nuclear reactor (hereinafter, abbreviated as polluted water) is generated in large quantity. As means for disposal of this polluted water, the polluted water is processed into a flake ice shape, the flake ice processed into the flake ice shape is put in the inside of a ton bag, the ton bag with this flake ice being put therein is put in the inside of the vacuum tank, the flake ice can be sublimated and vaporized while being put in the inside of this ton bag, and can optionally be concentrated and dried in the inside of this ton bag. By using a tentative name "Nagaura-type concentration/drying method", the polluted water can be made to dispose thereof. This invention/discovery is assumed as a solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】福島第1原子力発電所(以下、略して、福1とする)にて発生をしている、汚染水を昇華させて気化をさせて処分することを目的とする。【解決手段】福島第1原子力発電所(以下、略して、福1とする)にて、原子炉を冷却したあとの冷却水(以下、略して、汚染水とする)は多量に発生をしている、この汚染水を処分する手段としては、汚染水をフレークアイス形状に加工をする、このフレークアイス形状としたフレークアイスを、ton袋の内部に入れる、このフレークアイスを入れているton袋を真空タンクの内部に入れる、このton袋の内部に入れている状態にて、フレークアイスを昇華させて気化をさせることが出来る、このton袋の内部にて任意に濃縮・乾燥をさせることが出来る、仮称『長浦式濃縮・乾燥方法』を使用して、汚染水を処分することが出来ることを発明発見したことを解決手段とする。【選択図】図6 |
