To provide a housing capable of enhancing the openness of space around the atrium on the upper floor while creating a special place where members of a family feel the presence and state of my family and creating a sense of soft connection among family members.SOLUTION: In the housing, when viewed from above, on the upper floor, a public zone including a living room 21, a dining room 22, and a kitchen 23 is formed in an L shape surrounding an atrium. The living room 21 is placed on one side of the L-shaped floor and the kitchen 23 is placed on the other side, and the dining room 22 is arranged adjacent the inner corner of the L-shaped floor by the atrium so as to be visible each other. An overhang floor 4 having a triangular shape in a plan view is provided at the inner corner of the floor to shape the inner corner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】上階における吹抜け周りの空間の開放感を高めるとともに、家族の気配や様子を感じることができて、家族との間に柔らかい繋がり感を生み出せるような特別な居場所を創出する。【解決手段】上階に、リビング２１とダイニング２２とキッチン２３とを含むパブリックゾーンが吹抜けを平面視Ｌ字形に囲むように設けられており、そのＬ字形の床面の一側にリビング２１、他側にキッチン２３がそれぞれ配置されて、それらと見通し可能に隣接するように、吹抜けによってＬ字形に切り込まれた床面の入隅箇所付近にダイニング２２が配置される。その床面の入隅箇所には平面視三角形状の張出床４が、該入隅箇所を隅切りするように設けられている。【選択図】図２
