To provide a multifunctional flooring material that provides high shock-absorbing capacity in an event of a fall, without compromising basic functions of a floor, such as heat retention, vibration isolation, and sound deadening.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a multifunctional flooring material having a function of reducing the impact caused by a fall of a user, comprising a structural layer having a plurality of protruding structures. The protruding structures have upper surfaces substantially parallel to an installation site.
