Summary: | To provide a lyophilizate for a filler which facilitates infusion of injection while having excellent dispersibility in a state where a content of an excipient is reduced.SOLUTION: A lyophilizate for a filler contains a biodegradable polymer fine particle for a filler and a biocompatible carrier that is subjected to hydrophilic surface treatment, wherein an average particle diameter D50 of the biodegradable polymer fine particles for the filler subjected to the hydrophilic surface treatment is 20-50 μm, the biodegradable polymer fine particle subjected to the hydrophilic surface treatment is a plasma surface-treated product or a base surface-treated product using discharge of the biodegradable polymer fine particle, the biocompatible carrier provides 1-5 pts.wt. of a lyophilizate for a filler based on 100 pts.wt. of the lyophilizate, and provides a method for producing the same, and an injection agent for a filler containing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】賦形剤の含有量が減らされた状態で優れた分散性を有しながら、注射の注入が容易なフィラー用凍結乾燥体を提供する。【解決手段】親水性表面処理されたフィラー用生分解性高分子微粒子及び生体適合性キャリアを含むフィラー用凍結乾燥体であって、前記親水性表面処理されたフィラー用生分解性高分子微粒子の平均粒径D50は、20~50μmであり、前記親水性表面処理された生分解性高分子微粒子は、生分解性高分子微粒子の放電を用いたプラズマ表面処理生成物又は塩基表面処理生成物であり、前記生体適合性キャリアは、凍結乾燥体100重量部を基準として1~5重量部であるフィラー用凍結乾燥体を提供し、また、その製造方法、これを含むフィラー用注射剤を提供する。【選択図】図1 |
