Summary:To provide an automatically driven wheel that provides speedy and accurate handling of an accident after the vehicle collides against an outer object.SOLUTION: An automatically driven vehicle capable of automatically traveling without any driver's operation has: an imaging part which images a circumference of the vehicle; a collision detection part which detects the vehicle colliding against an outer object; a human body recognition part which recognizes a human body based upon an image that the imaging part captures; and a control part which automatically moves the vehicle to between the human body and another vehicle approaching the human body when the collision detection part detects a collision against an object and the human body recognition part recognizes the human body lying down on a road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】自車が外部との衝突後、迅速かつ的確な事故対応を行わせる自動運転車を提供する。【解決手段】運転者の操作を必要とせずに自動的に走行可能な自動運転車において、自車の周囲を撮像する撮像部と、自車と外部との衝突を検知する衝突検知部と、上記撮像部が撮像した映像を基に人体を認識する人体認識部と、上記衝突検知部が物体との衝突を検知し、上記人体認識部が道路上に横たわる人体を認識した場合、自車が当該人体と当該人体に接近する他車との間に位置するように、自車を自動的に移動させる制御部を有する。また、その際の映像、位置、時刻等を所定の送信先に送信する。【選択図】図3
