Summary: | To provide a pressure sensor that can prevent foreign matters including living matters from intruding into a sensor chamber and improve the reliability of pressure detection.SOLUTION: A body portion 10 of a pressure sensor 1 is attached to a vehicle door, and has a sensor chamber 12 in which a sensor chip 11 for detecting pressure is placed. A passage forming portion 20 has an air introduction passage 24 that connects an outside air space 3 outside the body portion 10 and the sensor chamber 12 so that air can pass through, and is joined to the body portion 10. A partition wall 30 is formed integrally with the passage forming portion 20 and divides the air introduction passage 24 into an outer passage 241 on the outside air space 3 side and an inner passage 242 on the sensor chamber 12 side. Slit holes 40-44 are formed on a part of the partition wall 30, allow air to flow from the outer passage 241 to the inner passage 242, and prevent foreign matters including living matters from intruding thereinto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】生物を含む異物がセンサ室に侵入することを防ぎ、圧力検出の信頼性を向上することの可能な圧力センサを提供する。【解決手段】圧力センサ1の本体部10は、車両のドアに取り付けられ、圧力を検出するセンサチップ11が配置されるセンサ室12を有する。通路形成部20は、本体部10の外側の外気空間3とセンサ室12とを空気が通過できるように繋げる空気導入通路24を有し、本体部10に接合される。仕切壁30は、通路形成部20と一体に成形され、空気導入通路24を外気空間3側の外側通路241とセンサ室12側の内側通路242とに仕切る。スリット孔40~44は、仕切壁30の一部に成形され、外側通路241から内側通路242への空気の流通を許容し、生物を含む異物の侵入を防ぐ。【選択図】図5 |
