To provide a protector and a harness with an exterior including the protector capable of passing through narrow gaps due to its small cross-sectional shape and facilitating connection work with corrugations arranged on both sides.SOLUTION: A protector 1 is arranged between a first corrugation 10 and a second corrugation 20 mounted on a wire harness 30.
