Summary: | To normally generate an image even when a subject moves during imaging, in imaging using a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus of a plane open type.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus according to one embodiment comprises a magnet of a current drive type, a detection unit, and a control unit. The magnet of the current drive type generates a magnetic field which dominantly determines a magnetic resonance frequency. The detection unit detects a position of a subject which is imaged in a movable state within the magnetic field. 【課題】平面開放型の磁気共鳴イメージング装置を用いた撮像において、撮像中に被検体が動いても、画像を正常に生成できるようにする。【解決手段】一実施形態の磁気共鳴イメージング装置は、電流駆動型の磁石と、検出部と、制御部とを備える。電流駆動型の磁石は、磁気共鳴周波数を支配的に決定する磁場を生成する。検出部は、前記磁場内において移動可能な状態で撮像される被検体の位置を検出する。制御部は、検出された前記被検体の位置に基づいて前記磁石の駆動電流を制御する。【選択図】 図4 |
