To provide an electromagnetic wave-absorbing sheet which is superior in handling easiness and which can absorb electromagnetic waves of a high-frequency region.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave-absorbing sheet 1 comprises a binder material and an electromagnetic wave-absorbing material. The binder material is an ethylene-butene-nonconjugated diene copolymer or ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer. The electromagnetic wave-absorbing material is iron-based powder of which the surface is coated with magnetite, and the content is 50 mass% or more to a total quantity of the electromagnetic wave-absorbing sheet 1. The electromagnetic wave-absorbing sheet is smaller than 1 mm in sheet thickness and it has a center frequency of 20 GHz or more in a frequency region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高周波数領域の電磁波を吸収できるとともに、取り扱い性に優れる電磁波吸収シートを提供する。【解決手段】電磁波吸収シート１は、バインダー材料と電磁波吸収材料とを含み、バインダー材料がエチレン－ブテン－非共役ジエン共重合体またはエチレン－プロピレン－ジエン共重合体であり、電磁波吸収材料は、表面がマグネタイトで被覆された鉄系粉末であり、電磁波吸収シート１全体に対して５０質量％以上含まれ、シート厚さが１ｍｍ未満であり、２０ＧＨｚ以上の周波数領域に中心周波数を有する。【選択図】図１
