X is one or more selected from a group consisting of Al, Mn, Ag, Zn, Sn, As, Sb, Cu, Cr, Bi, Ca, Mg, Ti, Na, N, V, Mo, O, S and rare earth elements, M is one or more selected from a group consisting of Ta, Zr, Hf, Nb and W, and X3 is one or more selected from a group formed of P, B, Si and Ge, in which, a-c and α-γ are in a prescribed range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
