Summary:To provide a technology on a blood sampling device to achieve safe and easy blood sampling regardless of a person from whom blood is sampled and conditions such as the date and time of blood sampling, and measure the amount of sampled blood as accurately as possible during blood sampling.SOLUTION: A blood sampling device 1 includes: blood sampling tube holders (112 and 113) for holding light transmissive blood sampling tubes (22 and 23) for storing blood outflowing from a puncture mark of a set object part of a living body; a mechanism (a drive mechanism 12, etc.) for changing the position including the height of the blood sampling tube holders; a light source for emitting the light to part of the blood sampling tubes through part of the blood sampling tube holders; a sensor (an optical sensor 5 for an amount of blood) for detecting light intensity of a reflection light from the blood sampling tubes; and a control mechanism 16 for deriving an amount of blood in the blood sampling tubes on the basis of the light intensity when sampling the blood from the object part into the blood sampling tubes while changing the position including the height of the holders.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】採血装置の技術に関して、被採血者や採血日時等の条件に依らずに、安全かつ簡便に採血を実現でき、採血中に採血量をなるべく正確に計測できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】採血装置1は、生体のセットされた対象部位の穿刺痕から流出する血液を収容する光透過性の採血管(22,23)を保持する採血管ホルダ(112,113)と、採血管ホルダについての高さを含む位置を変更する機構(駆動機構12等)と、採血管ホルダの一部を通じて、採血管の一部に対し、光を照射する光源と、採血管からの反射光の光強度を検出するセンサ(血液量用光センサ5)と、ホルダの高さを含む位置を変更しながら、対象部位からの血液を採血管内に採血する際に、光強度に基づいて採血管内の血液量を導出する制御機構16とを備える。【選択図】図2
