Summary:To provide a toothed pully whose teeth are formed of a thermoplastic resin having high productivity, for suppressing an increase in weight while securing the degree of precision of teeth.SOLUTION: A toothed pully A includes a cylindrical core metal B and a resin part C including teeth T, the core metal B consisting of a first core metal 1, and a second core metal 2 located outward in a radial direction L beyond the first core metal 1 so as to form a space G in the radial direction L from the first core metal 1, and concentric with the first core metal 1, the resin part C being a single component of a thermoplastic resin, including a resin in the space G between the first core metal 1 and the second core metal 2 and a resin of the teeth T. Since the core metal B consists of the first core metal 1 and the second core metal 2, the core metal B can be formed thinner to make the toothed pulley A lighter. The resin part C is formed of a thermoplastic resin to make the productivity of the toothed pully A higher. The second core metal 2 allows appropriate setting of the thickness of the resin part C located outward in the radial direction L beyond it to easily secure the required degree of precision of the teeth T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3B 【課題】歯付きプーリの歯を生産性の高い熱可塑性樹脂としながら、歯の精度を確保して重量の増加を抑制する。【解決手段】円筒状の芯金Bと、歯Tを含む樹脂部Cとからなる歯付きプーリAである。芯金Bは、第1芯金1と、第1芯金1に対して径方向Lの隙間Gをあけるように第1芯金1よりも径方向Lの外方に位置し、第1芯金1と同心である第2芯金2とからなる。樹脂部Cは、熱可塑性樹脂であるとともに、第1芯金1と第2芯金2との間の隙間Gの樹脂、及び歯Tの樹脂を含む同一の部品である。芯金Bが第1芯金1及び第2芯金2であることから芯金Bを薄肉化できるので、歯付きプーリAを軽量化できる。樹脂部Cが熱可塑性樹脂であるので、歯付きプーリAの生産性が高くなる。第2芯金2により、それより径方向Lの外方に位置する樹脂部Cの肉厚を適正に設定できるので、歯Tの要求精度を確保しやすい。【選択図】図3B
