To provide a liquid jet device capable of fixing a liquid jet head to a holding member with a simple configuration, and a method for fixing a liquid jet head.SOLUTION: A liquid jet device includes a liquid jet head having a jet surface for jetting a liquid, a holding member for holding the liquid jet head, and an elastic member which is fixed to one of the liquid jet head and the holding member and fixes the liquid jet head to the holding member with elastic force.
