Each of the multiple monitoring boards 20 includes each of the multiple communication interfaces 21 which are connected in series to an external battery management unit 200. Each monitoring board 20 further includes two low-withstand-voltage insulation components L arranged in the upstream and downstream of the communication interface 21.
