Summary:To provide a spot-welding structure that is able to reduce stress at a spot-welding point at an end of a reinforcement beam material without changing the arrangement of the reinforcement beam material while restricting an increase in manufacturing time and cost, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A spot-welding structure 500 includes: a main plate 1; a reinforcement beam material 2 fixed to the main plate 1 by spot-welding and reinforcing bending rigidity of the main plate 1; and a reinforcement plate 4 arranged on the main plate 1 across a virtual straight line passing through two first spot-welding points at longitudinal end of the reinforcement beam material 2. The reinforcement plate 4 is fixed to the main plate 1 by spot-welding, and a plurality of second spot-welding points between the reinforcement plate 4 and main plate 1 are arranged across the virtual straight line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】製造時間及びコストの増加を抑制しながら、補強梁材の配置の変更をすることなく、補強梁材の端部のスポット溶接点の応力を低減できるスポット溶接構造体及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】スポット溶接構造体500は、主板1と、主板1にスポット溶接によって固着され、主板1の曲げ剛性を補強する補強梁材2と、補強梁材2の長手方向の端部における2つの第1のスポット溶接点を通る仮想直線を跨って、主板1上に配置された補強板4と、を備える。補強板4は、主板1とスポット溶接によって固着されており、補強板4と主板1との複数の第2のスポット溶接点が仮想直線を跨いで配置されている。【選択図】図1
