Summary:To provide a water supply device capable of suppressing the occurrence of water supply failures caused by a water hammer phenomenon.SOLUTION: A water hammer detection device determines that a water hammer phenomenon has been detected when an absolute value of the rate of increase of the discharge flow rate is greater than a predetermined value after a motor section 3B starts up, and reduces the increasing speed of the motor section 3B compared to before when the water hammer phenomenon was detected. This allows a water supply device to reduce the speed increase when the water hammer phenomenon is detected, thereby preventing the speed increase from becoming smaller when a water hammer phenomenon does not occur. Therefore, it is possible to execute water supply at a required timing, and to secure a sufficient amount of water supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 水撃現象に起因した給水不良の発生を抑制可能な給水装置の一例を開示する。【解決手段】 モータ部3Bの起動後、吐出し流量の増加率の絶対値が予め決められた値以上の場合に水撃現象を検知したと判断し、水撃現象が検知された時以前に比べてモータ部3Bの増速度を小さくする。これにより、当該給水装置では、水撃現象が検知されたときに増速度を小さくするので、水撃現象が発生しない場合に増速度が小さくなってしまうことが抑制され得る。したがって、必要なタイミングで給水を実行することが可能となり、十分な給水量を確保することができ得る。【選択図】図1
