Summary: | To provide a pipe support device which prevents self-propelling of a new pipe in a sheath pipe and enables smooth insertion of the new pipe, and to provide a sheath pipe jacking method.SOLUTION: A pipe support device has friction members 2 which are provided so as to be attachable to or detachable from a new pipe P and generate frictional force that causes insertion resistance of the new pipe P on an inner surface of a sheath pipe P'. Each friction member 2 protrudes to the radial outer side of the new pipe P farther than a caster 3 for reducing the insertion resistance or is located at the same radial position as the caster 3 to be slidable on the inner surface of the sheath pipe P' when the friction member 2 is attached to the new pipe P. A sheath pipe jacking method includes: a step in which the friction members 2 and the casters 3 are attached to the new pipe P and the new pipe P is inserted into the sheath pipe P' having a downward inclination in a state that each friction member 2 protrudes to the radial outer side of the new pipe P farther than the caster 3 or is located at the same radial position as the caster 3; and a step in which the friction members 2 are removed from the new pipe P and the casters 3 are placed in contact with the inner surface of the sheath pipe P' and roll on the inner surface to insert the new pipe P further as the insertion resistance increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】さや管内での新管の自走を防止し、この新管の挿入をスムーズに行うことが可能な管支持装置およびさや管推進工法を提供する。【解決手段】新管Pに着脱可能に設けられ、さや管P'の内面との間で新管Pの挿入抵抗となる摩擦力を生じさせる摩擦部材2を有し、摩擦部材2は、新管Pへの装着状態において、挿入抵抗を低減するキャスタ3よりも新管Pの径方向外側に突出して、または、キャスタ3と同じ径方向位置となって、さや管P'の内面に摺動可能となる構成、および、新管Pに摩擦部材2とキャスタ3とを取り付け、摩擦部材2がキャスタ3よりも新管Pの径方向外側に突出した状態、または、キャスタ3と同じ径方向位置とした状態で、下り傾斜を有するさや管P'に挿入する工程と、挿入抵抗の増大に伴って、摩擦部材2を新管Pから取り外し、キャスタ3をさや管P'の内面に接触転動させて新管Pをさらに挿入する工程と、を有する構成とする。【選択図】図1 |
