Summary:To provide a technique for communicating teachers in education/nursery fields and guardians with each other through notice letters.SOLUTION: A control section 22 of a server device 13 to which a first terminal device 11 operated by a teacher is connected, creates key points of a Japanese notice letter distributed to guardians by picking up documents registered in a template database 26. The control section converts a document described in Japanese into a document described in the guardian's mother language stored in a translation document database 27 to create an e-mail to the guardian, and transmits to the guardian, the e-mail with the electric file of the notice letter attached thereto. The guardian can thus understand the content of the notice letter by operating a second terminal device 12 to receive the electronic mail and reading the text. The notice letter is attached thereto, the guardian can surely understand that it is an explanation of the notice letter so as to take an appropriate response.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 教育・保育現場の教員等と、保護者との間で通知書によるコミュニケーションがとれる技術を提供する【解決手段】 教員が操作する第1端末装置11が接続したサーバ装置13の制御部22が、保護者宛てに配付された日本語の通知書の要点を、テンプレートデータベース26に登録された文書をピックアップして作成する。制御部は、日本語の言語で記載した文書は、翻訳文書データベース27に記憶された保護者の母語で記載された文書に変換して保護者宛の電子メールを作成し、その電子メールに通知書の電子ファイルを添付して保護者宛に送信する。保護者は、第2端末装置12を操作して、電子メールを受信し本文を読むことで通知書の内容を理解できる。通知書を添付するので、その通知書についての説明であることが確実に理解でき、適切な対応がとれる。【選択図】 図1
