To provide an electronic device capable of being securely fastened to a wheel of a tire.SOLUTION: An electronic device 3 includes an electronic device body part 30 and a fixing part 40. The electronic device body part 30 is mounted on the inside of a tire 1. The fixing part 40 has a leg part 42 placed on an outer peripheral surface 23a of a rim part 23 of a wheel 20, and supports the electronic device body part 30. The leg part 42 has a through-hole part 43 penetrating in the circumferential direction of the wheel 20.
